Filled with white chocolate buttercream and homemade raspberry filling

Lemon

Zesty lemon sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and homemade lemon curd.

Winterspice and Caramel

A delicately spiced brown sugar sponge with warming hints of ginger and clove. Filled with vanilla buttercream and homemade caramel sauce

Coconut

Lightly toasted coconut sponge with a coconut buttercream
Can be filled with lemon curd or raspberry filling

Blackberry and Pistachio

A light fluffy vanilla sponge with bursts of blackberry
Filled with a roasted pistachio buttercream and homemade blackberry filling

A super moist and light chocolate sponge with endless flavour combinations
Keep it all chocolate with chocolate buttercream or tone it down with vanilla buttercream
Add some flavour with mint, orange, raspberry, cherry, caramel or biscoff buttercream

A brown sugar sponge filled with biscoff buttercream and biscoff sauce
