Raspberry and White Chocolate Cake

Whats’s all the fuss about…?

This by far is my most popular cake flavour! No doubt about it..

Why?

For me, it’s been so important to create flavours that are hard to forget! 

Flavours that just get your mouth watering…

Using artificial flavourings and shop bought jams etc was never really my thing, I don’t like the over use of preservatives or any un necessary additives. 

So from the beginning I worked on how I could create fillings and flavour combos from scratch

This one is a huge hit.

The raspberry filling is just so delicious, made from real raspberries, sugar and a squeeze of lemon juice.  Teamed with a white chocolate buttercream that just blends so well together giving the perfect balance of tart and sweet. 

Not to mention the bursts of raspberry that hit you through the white chocolate sponge!

It’s a cake that you just can’t get enough of, and one I have customers coming back for time and time again!
